We can provide initial concept designs with 3D imaging, through to detailed working drawings. During the initial design stage, Adam will work with you to conceive and develop ideas. Compliance issues will be discussed as well as Building Design elements like Passive solar design and Sustainability. Detailed working drawings are then completed for council approval.
Our Process
- An initial consultation will be made over the phone or in person to discuss the project and scope of work. We will request any existing client drawings and details needed.
- A quotation will be supplied and tailored to fit each clients budget and specific needs.
- After acceptance of the quote, work will begin on drawings.
- Working Drawings will be submitted to council for approval
- On completion you will receive a full set of printed plans and an electronic PDF version
Fees
Our fee structure is based on an approximation of time required to complete the work, plus any additional costs like printing or searches. We quote a flat fee up-front which allows the client to know all fees involved before starting the project, however; if the scope of works or design brief changes during the project, then the fee needs to be recalculated in the form of variation of the contract.
